Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel no less than 8 days in advance and receive 100% of the rental deposit. Rental deposit is forfeited if canceled 7 days or less before charter.

We reserve the right to cancel charter due to the following conditions:

1) Weather: Which includes any of the following: sustained winds over 20 mph, small craft advisory issued, waves over 3 feet, thunderstorms at the time of departure, heavy rain, and fog with less than 1.5 miles visibility. We will monitor weather conditions and determine whether or not to cruise anywhere 1 to 3 hours before launch.

2) Mechanical breakdown 

3) Harbor is closed or access is not allowed

4) Civil unrest, rioting or war nearby

​Prior to boarding if any of these conditions are occurring we will attempt to reschedule the trip for another time that day or a different day, if this is not possible the customer will be offered a refund.

​After boarding, if for vessel safety reasons, the trip must be cut short… refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed at the time of cancellation.

​We assume no liability for cancellations due to above conditions.

​We will cruise in any temperature, cloud cover and light precipitation so please dress accordingly.
