BOAT RULES

• No pets.

• No smoking on the boat. (All charters are NON-SMOKING. Use of any tobacco products, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor devices, etc. are strictly prohibited. Use of any of these products may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter and the assessment of a cleaning fee.)

• No paper or garbage in the toilet.

• Aboard the vessel, the passengers are expected to exhibit maturity at all times, along with hydration, and responsible fun. 

• Minimum charter length is 2 hours

• Charter starts at booked time. Not your arrival time. Please don’t be late.

• THERE ARE NO PICK-UPS AT NAVY PIER or ANY OTHER HARBORS or LOCATIONS

• Charters start and end at 31st Street harbor. 

• Any major spills and stains as a result of illness, carelessness or excessive drinking will be charged $200 for the cost of cleaning and sanitizing. There is always a risk of sea sickness, so please be sure to bring the appropriate OTC meds or Sea Bands.

• Any person that experiences seasickness must remain on deck. The cabin area below deck is NOT an appropriate place for any person to deal with seasickness. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any person vomiting anywhere in the below deck cabin area of the sailboat, including the “head”/bathroom.

• The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s excessive profanity, unlawful, unruly, dangerous and unsafe behavior, without any consideration of contracted time remaining for the charter.  No refunds will be granted.

• All food and beverages should be ready to eat. (No food or drink preparation allowed in the cabin) Catering can be arranged. Microwave is available for use. 

Alcohol and Recreational Drugs

• Just Right Boating LLC is not authorized to sell alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol to consume at their own risk. However, if any guest displays signs of being overly intoxicated before or during the charter, Just Right Boating LLC, reserves the right to end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.  Illegal and recreational drugs are explicitly banned in any form. If consumption or possession of drugs is suspected, Just Right Boating LLC will end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.

Weapons are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

• No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on board the vessel at any time. Bringing any of these prohibited items aboard may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter.​

What to Bring​

• BYOB, Completely prepared snacks, beach towels, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, phone charger, paper plates/cups cooler with ice, **State Issued Drivers License or I.D**

Customary gratuity for excellent service by the crew is not included but very much appreciated****
